About the Gym

We are a science based fitness center backed by proven physiological techniques that can help you advance you to your next level of fitness!

JK Strength and Fitness was developed to bring science and physiology back into the fitness arena. Many gyms and fitness facilities don’t educate you how to workout effectively, productively and safely. Here at JKSF, we believe that education is the greatest tool you will have on your fitness journey. We will teach you how to make your muscle dictate the motion, not the motion dictate the muscle.

Our highly educated and certified trainers will go over every workout and explain how to do the movements properly in order to workout correctly and the safest way possible. It could be a basic bicep curl or an intricate power-clean complex! We make sure you learn how to perform the movement how the movement should be executed.

We also believe that the greatest workout without proper recovery methods and nutrition doesn’t account for much. Nutrition advice and accountability is crucial to reach any goal whether it be weight-loss, increased strength or size. Workouts only last 60 minutes, the other 23 hours of the day make or break your progress!
